The CHS Turkey Trot is a community running event held in Sedalia at the County Distributing / Budweiser building, 1800 Eagleview Drive, Sedalia, MO 65301. The event includes in-person races and a virtual option. Packet pickup is available the day before at County Distributing and on race morning.
The event offers multiple distance options and a youth dash. A virtual 5K option ships shirts and race packets a few weeks before the event for participants who run or walk remotely. Registration fees are non-refundable and the event proceeds support services for individuals and families affected by poverty or intellectual and developmental disabilities; the fundraising benefits over 10,000 people across 50+ Missouri counties. The event is held rain or shine.

- 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk, registration fee $30
- 1 Mile run/walk, registration fee $30
- Gobbler Dash (Ages 4-10) short youth race, registration fee $15
- Virtual 5K (3.1 miles) ships shirt and packet, registration fee $42.50
