Christchurch Motorway Half Marathon
The Christchurch Motorway Half Marathon is scheduled for Sunday 28 February 2027 at Canterbury Agricultural Park, Curletts Road, Hillmorton, Christchurch, New Zealand. The event uses the Christchurch Southern Motorway cycle and walking paths and starts and finishes at the Canterbury A and P Park.

- 5 km
- Kidz Dash 2 km for 7 to 12 year olds
The course is an out and back on dedicated pathways alongside the motorway, with no vehicle traffic on the course. There is one Stop/Go control when crossing Marshs Road. The half marathon has 1 km markers along the route. Drink stations are located at approximately 4 km, 9 km, 12 km and 17 km.
Participants may choose to run, walk, or use a hybrid approach. Walkers and hybrid participants share sections with runners; hybrid is offered for the 21 km distance only and is intended for walkers who wish to run some sections rather than run the full distance. The event includes separate arrangements for the Kidz Dash as a short run for younger runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
