Christchurch Marathon
The ASICS Christchurch Marathon is a city road running event in Christchurch, set for 18 April 2027. The event offers multiple race distances to suit different ages and abilities:

- Formthotics 10km
- Youth 3K and Kids Mile
The marathon course uses four laps for the full distance and runs through central Christchurch, including Hagley Park and sections near the city centre and riverside. The organisers describe the route as largely flat and crowd-friendly.
The event has named partners and race-specific branding, including ASICS and Formthotics for the 10km. Michelob Ultra is listed as an official beer partner. The Christchurch Marathon also hosts community and group entry options and includes an expo and bib collection.
The official charity partner is the Bone Marrow Cancer Trust. Through Rānui House and Apartments, the Trust provides accommodation for patients and their families who travel to Christchurch for medical treatment, offering a home-away-from-home during care.
