Chisholm Trail Community Color Run
The Chisholm Trail Community Color Run takes place on 10/03/2026 at 6015 N. Independence St., Park City, KS 67219. The event supports Chisholm Trail Elementary’s physical education department and fine-arts programs and is open to school families and the wider Park City and USD 259 communities.
Activities and features include a color toss celebration after the run, water tables where participants are doused in color, food and treats from local vendors for purchase, inflatables, yard games, and a raffle with prizes provided by local businesses. Volunteers from local organizations help staff the event.
Competition elements are included alongside the family activities. Custom medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the elementary, secondary, and adult age categories. Online registration options and a shirt-only purchase option are offered; some event entries include a custom shirt, an individual color packet, and raffle entry. Individual color packets and novelty sunglasses will also be available for purchase at packet pick-up and on the day of the event while supplies last.
