The event includes no-shirt options and virtual 5K, 10K, and half marathon entries. Every registered finisher receives a custom finisher medal. Awards are presented by overall and by age-group in five-year categories beginning at 10 and under; additional overall categories include masters and older age divisions with the top finishers recognized in each.
The course is described as mostly flat and fast. Water stations will be available at approximately every 1.5 miles. The half marathon has a course cutoff of 3.5 hours, which corresponds to a 16 minute per mile pace.
Virtual participants may run at their chosen location, submit a time by the end of race day, and receive virtual packages that are shipped the Monday after the event within the continental United States. RaceJoy is provided for GPS tracking, live progress alerts, and remote cheers.
