The 10K and 5K races use RFID chip timing and include adult dri fit shirts or youth cotton shirts. The 1 Mile is organized as a non timed fun walk or run and includes shirts for participants. Shirts are guaranteed to those registered by February 21, 2026. Youth runners age 12 and under receive a ten dollar discount at checkout.
Awards are presented on race day. Overall and masters divisions for male and female finishers are recognized, and age division medals are awarded three deep in five year groups. Medals are awarded based on gun time at the awards ceremony. The event also features team competitions: a Team Challenge Cup for the organization with the most registered participants and a Team Speed Award in the 5K based on the summed positions of the top five finishers from a team. The 1 Mile has awards for top boys and girls.
