About the race
CHAT in the Park is a fun, themed running event held at Rundle Park in Edmonton, Alberta. Participants can choose between a 5km run or a 1km walk/run, welcoming all ages with free entry for children under five. The event encourages attendees to dress as tacky tourists, complete with fanny packs and Hawaiian shirts, adding a playful atmosphere.
Beyond the race, the event features exclusive swag bags, games, a silent auction, and a bottle drive. All proceeds support the Communication Health and Therapy Society, aiding adults with acquired communication challenges.
