Chase the Sun Battersea Park 5k & 10k
The event takes place at the Bandstand in Battersea Park, London, and offers flat, multi-lap courses on the park’s wide tarmac paths. The layout makes the route easy to follow and visible for spectators in the event village.
Included with entry are a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a secure baggage drop. An optional event t-shirt is available for purchase at checkout.

- 5 km - two laps of the park on wide tarmac paths
- 10 km - four laps of the park on wide tarmac paths
Water stations are positioned on every lap of the course and a bottle of water is provided at the finish line. Minimum age limits apply: 5 km from 11 years and 10 km from 15 years. There is a 90-minute cut-off time due to park restrictions. The event village provides facilities including toilets and a marquee for baggage; photographers capture finish-line images which are available to download free of charge.
The event is accessible to buggy runners and wheelchair athletes, with a request to remain mindful of other runners when overtaking. Spectators are advised to remain in the event village to view the start and finish areas. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
