CBTE The Charm Bracelet Half Marathon
CBTE The Charm Bracelet Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 11 April 2027, starting at Redcar Beach Base and finishing in the fishing village of Staithes. The route follows coastal paths and sections of the Cleveland Way, passing the Circle sculpture between miles 7 and 8 and running through several coastal villages.
The event is a trail race covering 14.35 miles along the north east coast. Runners will encounter sand, mud, rocks, trees and cliff top sections. The course includes 1591 ft of total elevation, so it is not flat underfoot.
Entries open 21 February 2026 and close 20 March 2027. The event is limited to 150 places and has a minimum age of 17. There is a five hour cutoff that also accommodates walkers. Entry fees listed are Affiliated £37.00 and Non Affiliated £39.00, and entries are administered through SiEntries.
Trophies are awarded for first male, female and non binary overall, and for first male and female in the 50, 60 and 70 age categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
