Event overview

The Novant Health Charlotte Marathon is scheduled for November 14, 2026, in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. The race weekend includes three events:

  • Marathon
  • Half Marathon (including a Rucking Division)

All events start and finish in Uptown Charlotte. Entries, fees and beneficiary

The race is based at 525 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Entry fees listed are $130 for the marathon, $110 for the half marathon and half marathon - rucking division, and $40 for the 5K. The marathon is open to ages 18 and older; the half marathon and rucking division are open to ages 16 and older. Prices for some events increase after March 30, 2026. Registration for the Chick-fil-A 5K closes on March 30, 2026 and re-opens on March 31, 2026. The official beneficiary is Novant Health Hemby Children’s Hospital.

Race registration includes event and expo entry, an event-specific shirt, a finishers’ medal, on-course and post-event food and beverage from Publix, GU, Gatorade and others, plus access to the post-event Finish Line Festival.
