Changing Lives Monster Dash 5K
The Changing Lives Monster Dash 5K is an annual fundraiser held in Boca Raton, Florida, dedicated to supporting mental health awareness. The event proceeds contribute to the Mental Health and Continuum of Care Program, which provides access to therapy, counseling, and ongoing care services for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
The event takes place at the FAU Stadium area and offers multiple participation options:

- Kids Pumpkin Dash (age appropriate distances for children up to 12 years old)
- Zombie Sleep-In Option (support for the cause from home)
The start and finish line for the athletic events is located on the east side of the FAU Stadium. This community gathering is open to a wide range of participants, including those using strollers, wheelchairs, or walkers.
Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes and festive attire. The event includes costume contests with various categories for those dressed in holiday themes. Participants in the 5K and the sleep-in category receive a Halloween-themed T-shirt and a finisher medal, provided they register by the end of September. Children participating in the Kids Pumpkin Dash receive a pumpkin at the finish line and a commemorative youth T-shirt.
