2026 Champaign Aruna Run
The Champaign Aruna Run is a charity 5K family friendly run and walk held on October 17, 2026, at the University of Illinois Arboretum, 1800 South Lincoln Avenue, Urbana, IL 61801. The event distance is 5K and the run is part of the Aruna Run series that raises funds for Aruna, an international human rights non profit that works to create lifelong freedom for survivors of human trafficking. One hundred percent of registration fees are directed to free, employ, and empower trafficked women.
Registration details include a guarantee deadline of September 20 for race t shirt and size. Listed registration pricing tiers are: $37 (June 14 - September 13), $42 (September 14 - October 11), and $47 (October 12 - October 17). Packet pickup and walk up registration are available on race day at the Arboretum. Parking options include on site Arboretum parking, street parking, and the College of Veterinary Medicine parking lot.
Prizes and event swag are described: top female and male finishers and the top fundraiser each receive an Aruna Dopp Kit and a $50 Aruna Shop gift card. Team and fundraising incentives include a $25 Aruna gift card for every ten people who join a team and a $25 gift card for every $250 an individual raises.
