Wendover Woods 50
The Wendover Woods 50 takes place on 14 November 2026 at Trig Point Field, Aston Hill, Halton, Aylesbury HP22 5NQ, United Kingdom. The event is a 50 mile foot race run as five 10 mile loops on forest trails entirely within Wendover Woods. The course includes approximately 5600 ft of climb and has a minimum entry age of 20.
The route uses wide soft trails with sections of smooth descents and runnable climbs, alongside several much steeper ascents and descents. Runners are supported by nine well stocked aid stations, full medical support, and a marked course.
The race is organised by Centurion Running and is held under full UK Athletics rules with a permit granted through the Trail Running Association. The event serves as the fourth and final race in the 50 Mile Grand Slam.
Entries open 6 December 2025 and close 26 October 2026. Entry fee is listed at £117.00 with a UKA discounted fee of £115.00.
