Central Lancashire New Year's Half Marathon
The Central Lancashire New Year’s Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 10th January 2027 and is based at the Marriott Hotel, Broughton, Preston. The event is a half marathon distance and is organised under UKA insurance.
The course is fully marshalled and described as accurately measured with mile markers, including a marker at mile 7. There are regular water stops and medical support throughout the route. Chip timing and free race photos are provided for competitors.
All finishers receive a bespoke medal carrying the text NEW YEAR’S HALF MARATHON. Individual prizes are awarded to the top three men and top three ladies overall, and to first-place veterans across multiple age categories for men and women. Prize vouchers are emailed to winners in the week following the event.
