Event overview
The Celtic Run Fest takes place on March 14, 2026 in Westminster, MD (50 East Main Street, 21157). The event is held alongside an Irish celebration that includes live music, a beer garden, vendors, activities for children, and a trolley used for a pub crawl. Trolley transportation is free. Packet pick-up is available at the Recreation and Parks Department, 11 Longwell Avenue, on March 12 and March 13.

The festival includes multiple running events:

- 0.5K VIP
Initial entry fees listed are $35 for the 5K, $12 for the 1-mile, $20 for the 0.5K, and $25 for the 0.5K VIP. Registration fees increase after February 28, 2026. Some events have limited-capacity price tiers and a higher fee for late registrations. The 0.5K benefits Crossroads Missions; the VIP package includes access to a VIP firepit lounge with an all-you-can-eat s'mores bar. Registration for the 5K includes a long-sleeve t-shirt with an optional hooded sweatshirt upgrade for an additional $20, and a post-race beverage (beer for those 21+ or bottled water).
Awards and other notes
Awards are given by male and female placements across listed age groups, plus overall and masters winners for the 5K. Team awards require a minimum of four members and include categories such as fastest team and best dressed team.
