Celtic Run Fest is an Irish celebration and running event held in downtown Westminster, MD at 50 East Main Street on March 14, 2026. The festival features live music, a beer garden, vendors, and activities for children. Free trolley transportation is provided for a post-festival pub crawl. Registration for the 5K includes a long-sleeve t-shirt, with an optional hooded sweatshirt upgrade for an additional fee, a post-race beverage (beer for 21+ or bottled water), refreshments, and an awards ceremony. Packet pick-up is available at the Recreation and Parks Department on March 12 and March 13. Awards for the 5K include male and female 1st and 2nd place across multiple age groups, overall winners, and masters 40+. Team awards require a minimum of four members; prizes include fastest team, best dressed team, oldest team and youngest team. The 0.5K benefits Crossroads Missions; its packages include a magnet, shirt, participation medals, and a VIP Firepit Lounge with an all-you-can-eat s'mores bar. The 1-mile event includes post-race refreshments, a t-shirt, and age-group awards; children 10 and under receive a participation medal and a free kid's meal coupon.
