Celina Turkey Trot
The Celina Turkey Trot is scheduled for Thursday, November 26, 2026, in downtown Celina, Texas, at 127 N. Ohio Street. The event combines running with community activities including music and family-friendly elements.
The event program includes:
- 5K
- 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk
A portion of race proceeds will benefit Lovepacs, an organization that engages communities to feed children in need as an expression of love. The event features music and a costume element with a prize for best turkey costume that includes a family four pack to Miracle on 134th Street in Celina.
For the 5K, awards are given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female in overall and masters categories. Age group awards are awarded three deep for these groups: 14 and under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70 and over.
