Cedar Flats Trail Trot
The Cedar Flats Trail Trot is the inaugural trail race organized by the trail-building nonprofit Gateway to Glacier Trails, scheduled for August 15, 2026 near Columbia Falls, Montana. The course is a 10k loop that begins at the new Cedar Ridge Trailhead and travels through the Cedar Flats Trail system. The route includes 791 feet of elevation gain and runs through sections of the Flathead National Forest.
Cedar Flats is a 15+ mile nonmotorized, multiuse trail system built and maintained by Gateway to Glacier Trails. The event is presented as the first trail race on Cedar Flats and is described as using flowy trails within that network.
