Event Overview
The Corona del Mar Scenic 5K is an annual community sports event held in a seaside village setting. The course begins on the bluffs above Corona del Mar State Beach, offering participants views of the ocean while they run or walk through local streets.
The event features several different participation options to accommodate various ages and interests:

Registration for the event includes a commemorative race t-shirt, a race bib, and chip timing. Participants also receive bottled water and breakfast provided by a selection of local eateries in the designated restaurant row. To be eligible for timing and awards, runners must participate in the race category corresponding to their gender.
A post-event party is held on-site following the races. This celebration includes live entertainment, an awards ceremony, and a vendor fair where various sponsors and local businesses exhibit their products and services.
