Event Overview

The CBTE Esk Valley Epic is a 36-mile tracked ultra-distance event. It has a total elevation gain of 4487 feet. The route is circular, starting and finishing in Glaisdale. The course follows the Esk Valley Walk.

There are five checkpoints along the route. The event is scheduled for Saturday, 2nd May 2026. The minimum age for participation is 20.

The entry fee includes a finisher's medal, a t-shirt, water, and snacks at checkpoints. Trophies are awarded to the first male, first female, and first non-binary finishers.
