The CBHA Run for a Cause is a community fundraising event organized by Columbia Basin Health Association that features a 5K color run held at the CBHA Othello clinic location (1515 E. Columbia St., Othello, WA). The event typically brings together runners, walkers, strollers, and wagons and includes multiple on-course color stations where participants are splashed with colored powder.

Event features include seven color stations along the route, on-site photo booths including a 360° booth, vendor food options, live music, and lawn games. Activities for children are offered such as games, face painting, and hands-on stations. Strollers and wagons are permitted on the course.

Registration fees listed are: 18 and older $10, ages 5–17 $5, and under 5 free. A course map is provided by the organizers.
