Cawston Trail Race
The Cawston Trail Race is a 5-mile off-road trail race held within the grounds of Cawston Park estate in Norfolk (postcode NR10 4JD). The event raises funds for Norfolk Lowland Search and Rescue, a voluntary charity that assists emergency services in finding vulnerable missing persons.
The course follows forest paths and will be marshalled and/or signposted. There will be a water station at approximately the halfway point and at the finish. The race is chip-timed.

Parking is available on-site for a £2 charge (cash only); car sharing is encouraged. Toilets are available at race HQ, but there are no changing facilities or baggage drop. Registration opens at 8:30 AM. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and female runners, and all finishers receive a memento. Tea, coffee, and cakes will be available for purchase.
Key rules: Minimum age is 15. Headphones (including bone conduction types) are not permitted. Dogs, buggies, and wheelchairs are also not permitted on the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
