Catch Me If You Can 5K - Plant City
Catch Me If You Can 5K takes place on April 24, 2027 at the Plant City Police Headquarters, 1 Police Center Dr, Plant City, FL 33566. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Plant City Police Department Foundation and benefits local law enforcement.
The course is a two-loop route; participants must cross the start and finish line three times to be counted as finishers. The event includes staged scenarios in which runners receive a head start before local police officers pursue them. One scenario offers the chance to outrun the Mayor.
Water is available at 1.5 miles and at the finish line; participants may bring their own hydration for the course. All finishers receive medals, and post-race donuts are provided.
Awards are presented to the top three male and female overall finishers, top three male and female masters, and top three male and female law enforcement finishers.
