Catch Me If You Can 5K & Fun Run
The event takes place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Canton, Oklahoma. It is part of the local Annual Canton Lake Walleye Rodeo festival.
Two race distances are offered:
- 1 Mile Fun Run starting at 8:00 AM CDT for a $25 entry fee.
- 5K starting at 8:30 AM CDT for a $30 entry fee.
All event proceeds go to the Canton Child Study Club, which funds community projects like an Easter egg hunt, teacher grants, scholarships, and family events. The event coincides with a fishing tournament weekend featuring a parade, a craft and vendor show, and food options. A kids' fishing derby is also scheduled for Sunday.
Participants can receive an event shirt if they sign up before the cutoff date of April 30th. Age group awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each category, and the top overall male and female runner will each receive a $100 prize.
