Castle Alpine Trail Race
The Castle Alpine Trail Race takes place at Castle Mountain Resort, Pincher Creek No. 9, Alberta, on September 19, 2026. The event offers solo and relay entries, both over 28K.
The course crosses two mountain summits and an alpine valley. It features wide vistas, rugged single track, off trail sections, and sustained climbing. The race is split into three legs that each start and finish at Castle Mountain Resort, allowing transitions from the staging area without a required support crew. Leg 1 runs clockwise, Leg 2 counterclockwise, and Leg 3 clockwise.
