Carolina Adventists Run for Life
The Carolina Conference of Seventh-day Adventists organizes a running event during its Camp Meeting at Lake Junaluska, North Carolina. The event takes place on Friday of the camp meeting week on May 29, 2026, with start and finish located near the open air gym on Weldon Way.
Two course options are offered:
- 5K - course circles Lake Junaluska
- 1 mile - route down North Lakeshore Drive, turnaround at Rose Walk
The 5K route follows a loop around the lake. The 1 mile route proceeds along North Lakeshore Drive and turns back at a point along the Rose Walk. The 1 mile run begins a few minutes after the 5K start so the shorter route is scheduled to follow the longer event.
Results will be posted automatically on race day. Participants have the option to connect a Twitter account so their results can be shared.
