CAPITAL 10: 10-Miler & 10K : a Run for the Arts
The CAPITAL 10: 10-Miler & 10K is scheduled for March 28, 2026 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with City Island as the start and finish area. The courses pass along the riverfront, the Capital Area Greenbelt, and the bridges over the Susquehanna River. The event is administered by Open Stage, a not-for-profit professional regional theatre, and proceeds benefit area arts organizations.
Offered formats include in-person and virtual options. There is also a walkers category for both distances. A team component returns for the 10 mile distance; the top three teams of four runners will be recognized.

Additional logistical details published by the organizer include early packet pick-up on March 26 and March 27 at local Fleet Feet locations in Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg, and on-site walkup registration on race morning until the event reaches its maximum number of participants. Online registration closes Sunday, March 22, 2026. Virtual participants may complete the course between March 28 and April 11, 2026 and will receive shirt, medal, and event swag.
