Event Details

This is the 16th annual Capital 10, featuring a 10-Miler and a 10K race. The event is scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2026. All race day activities take place on City Island in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. A virtual participation option allows runners to complete the course on their own schedule between March 28 and April 30, 2026.

Course and Location

The start and finish lines are on City Island. The course winds through scenic routes, including the riverfront, the Capital Area Greenbelt, and bridges over the Susquehanna River.

Registration and Logistics

Early packet pickup is available on Thursday and Friday before the race at two Fleet Feet locations in Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg. On race day, packet pickup and registration open at 7:00 AM. An awards ceremony is estimated to begin at 10:45 AM on City Island.

Supporting the Arts

The event is administered by Open Stage, a not-for-profit professional regional theatre. Proceeds from the race benefit many area 501(c)(3) arts organizations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
