Capes 100

Capes 100 is the first 100-mile trail running race in Atlantic Canada, taking place from August 8-10, 2025, in Mabou, Nova Scotia. Participants can also choose from 46K and 86K options. The race features stunning trails that traverse the Mabou Highlands and the Atlantic Ocean, offering breathtaking views of beaches, streams, and landscapes.

Registration includes a technical running shirt, insurance, and eligibility for prizes. The event promotes sustainability, encouraging participants to offset their carbon emissions by planting trees.
