Capes 100 - Mabou, Nova Scotia

Registration fees include a Salomon Capes 100 technical running t, insurance, and eligibility for a Salomon draw. The 160K entry also includes a finisher's buckle. Participants must be at least 19 years old.
Waitlists are available for the distances that are sold out. Volunteer roles are organized with an ideal 8 hour shift between Saturday morning and Sunday evening; volunteers receive a Salomon Capes 100 technical shirt, free camping, and entry into event prize draws.
