The Canning River Runningworks Festival is scheduled for 14 March 2027 at 34 Homestead Road, Gosnells, Western Australia. The course runs alongside the Canning River for the duration of each event.

All events share a six hour cut off time. Marathon and half marathon finishers receive an event medal. Prizes and medals are awarded for first, second and third placings in the Marathon, Half Marathon and 10 km events. Live race result timing will be available on the day.
Entry fees listed for the event are A$99 for the Marathon, A$79 for the Half Marathon and A$49 for the 10 km. The event operates a no refund policy; registrations may be transferred to another participant. An administration fee of A$19 applies to transfer an entry into the Bibra Lake Runningworks Festival.
