The Canning River Runningworks Festival takes place on March 15, 2026, at 34 Homestead Road, Gosnells WA, Australia. The course runs alongside the Canning River and uses a new, mostly shaded route. Live raceresult timing will be available on the day. There is a 6 hours cut off time for all events.

All marathon and half marathon finishers receive an event medal. Prize money of $250 is offered to the first place male and first place female finishers in both the Marathon and the Half Marathon. Prizes and medals are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placings in the Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10 km events.
Registration fees listed in the event information are:

- Half Marathon: $69
- 10 km: $49
