Canada Day Races - Burlington, ON
The event takes place on July 1, 2026 at Spencer Smith Park, Lakeshore Road, Burlington, ON. It offers both in-person and virtual participation with multiple race distances available.

The 3K and 5K races will be chip timed, with results provided by Speed River Timing. Start and finish are located on the East Lawn of Spencer Smith Park near the pier. Finisher medals and event shirts are provided; some entries include a technical Canada Day t-shirt. The virtual race can be completed between June 1, 2026 and July 8, 2056 as stated by the organizer, with instructions for tracking and submitting results via an app or an online form.
Race kits and bibs must be picked up before lining up; pickup is available at designated pre-event locations in Burlington and Oakville and on race day at Spencer Smith Park. A $5 age discount applies for participants 16 and under and for those 65 and older. If the in-person event is canceled for extreme conditions, registrations will be moved to the virtual race and no refunds will be issued.
