The 10 Miler and 5K course is certified, measured by bike with a Jones Counter. There are course records for men and women. The start is at the River Valley Rink.
Registration and Awards
Online registration is available. Race day registration starts at 7am at the River Valley Community Centre. There are variable registration fees based on date and membership status. Participants who finish both the Gary Mittelholtz 10 Mile Run and the Guardian Drugs 5K receive a free sock package. A finisher's medal is awarded. Prize money is offered for the top finishers in the junior (under 20) category of the 5K.
