The event takes place on July 1, 2026 in Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick. The main distance is a certified ten-mile course measured by bike with a Jones Counter. The start area is at River Valley Rink and the event has been held since 2002.

Registration is available online and race-day registration is offered at the River Valley Community Centre. Registration fees vary by period and distance and are listed in Canadian dollars; sample amounts include 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 CAD, with combined-entry fees such as 90 CAD and 50 CAD.
Route descriptions and mapped courses are provided by the organizer. Prize money is offered for junior categories in the 5K with 50 CAD for first place, 25 CAD for second and 20 CAD for third. A free sock package is provided to participants who finish both the ten-mile and the 5K, and finisher medals are awarded.
