Canada Day 10 Miler and Grand Bay Guardian 5K
The Canada Day 10 Miler and Grand Bay Guardian 5K is held in Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick, on July 1st. This event is part of the #RunTrackie SuperSeries and has been an annual tradition since it was established in 2002. Participants compete on certified courses that have been measured using a bicycle equipped with a Jones Counter.

The race day registration takes place at the River Valley Community Centre, with the events starting at the River Valley Rink. The course for the 10 Miler features a mix of flat sections and gradual hills. Runners who complete both the Gary Mittelholtz 10 Mile Run and the Guardian Drugs 5K receive a free sock package. All finishers are presented with medals at the end of their race. Prize money is available for the top three finishers in the Junior (Under 20) categories for the 5 km race.
