Event Overview
Can But Tri Adult Duathlon Series 4/8 is an off-road duathlon held at High Lodge in Thetford Forest, Brandon, Suffolk. The event date is 21 December 2025.
The race format is a 2.3 km run, 7.25 km bike, and 2.3 km run. The course is described as easy to follow and is not technical. It uses mixed surfaces including grass, sand, gravel and possibly some mud.

Participation and Rules
The duathlon is open to participants aged 15 years and over, with age taken as it would be on 31 December in the year of the event.
Any suitable off-road bike can be used, such as a mountain, cyclocross or gravel bike. Helmets must be worn during the bike leg. Tri-bars are not allowed, and suitable off-road tyres are required.
The entry fee is £15.00 until 19 December 2025, with an additional service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) per sign-up. No transfers or refunds are available for this event.
