Camp Shamrocked: The Friday the 13th After Dark is a moonlit running event in Long Beach, California, held on March 13, 2026. The event takes place at 5400 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803. It is organized by CaliFlow Runs and offers three race distances:
- 5K - The Campfire Dash
- 10K - The Counselor’s Run
- Half Marathon - The Final Run
The race uses USATF-certified courses and chip timing for official results. All finishers receive medals. Overall and age-group awards are given. The event includes on-course water stations and race-day photos at no extra cost.
Course and race features
Courses run along coastal pedestrian paths near Belmont Pier and begin under the CaliFlow arch. The routes are car-free and held on shared public trails. Course formats are specified as three 4.36-mile loops for the half marathon, two 5K out-and-backs for the 10K, and a single loop for the 5K. There are three on-course water stations, one at each turnaround.
The finish area includes a campfire-themed festival, a costume contest with themed categories, and lighting effects such as green glow elements and DJ music.
