Cambridge Run Festival
The Cambridge Run Festival is a week-long series of community runs hosted by Up & Running Cambridge in partnership with Salomon. The festival brings together local run clubs for seven days of organised social runs and gear displays during the launch event.
Each day features a different host: Monday 27 July - Up & Running Social Run Group with support from Salomon; Tuesday 28 July - Outrunners; Wednesday 29 July - REC & SPEYA; Thursday 30 July - Mill Road Runners; Friday 31 July - Girls (and Guys) That Jog; Saturday 1 August - Mikkeller Running Club; Sunday 2 August - Croissant Run Club; Monday 3 August - Up & Running Cambridge. Meeting locations are listed for each club and timings will be shared on the event page, Instagram and via the community WhatsApp group before each run.
Participants can attend multiple runs and collect a stamp on a festival stamp card; each stamp earns an entry into an end-of-week prize draw. The festival concludes with a finale at Up & Running Cambridge where raffle winners are announced. Organisers note a welcoming atmosphere for runners of all abilities and plan exclusive giveaways and raffle prizes provided by Salomon.
