Cambridge Biomedical Campus 10k, 5k and Fun Run
The event takes place on 19 April 2026 at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Francis Crick Avenue, Trumpington, Cambridge CB2 0SL. It uses traffic free, closed roads and campus paths around Hobson Park and the Cambridge Medical Campus.
Races include a chip timed one lap for the 5 km and a two lap course for the 10 km. The children's 1 mile Fun Run takes place on a separate closed road three lap course that allows parents and spectators to remain close to the route.
Charity fundraising is built into entries. Three pounds from every entry will be split equally between Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust, Maggie’s and the Royal Papworth Charity. The event also supports the British Heart Foundation and Cambridge Global Health Partnerships, with the option to make additional donations at checkout.
Entry arrangements and age notes are published for each distance. The children's Fun Run is free and children under eight must be accompanied by an adult. The 5 km has a minimum age and the 10 km has a higher minimum age. The course is described as suitable for wheelchairs and running blades, though some paths in Hobson Park have a layer of gravel.
