Calver PEAK 26 : Fell race (3 June 2026)
Calver PEAK 26 is a Cat B short fell race held on Wed 3rd June 2026 in Calver Village (near Bakewell). The course is over limestone terrain to the south west of the village. The route distance and climb are 5 miles (8 km) with 900 ft (275 m) of ascent. Entry is restricted to participants aged over 18 and the event may be suitable for novices.
Entry, location and facilities
The usual assembly location is the Derwentwater Arms car park, S32 3XQ (GR 241747) in Calver Village. Due to a temporary closure of the Derwentwater Arms, toilets and the prize giving will be at the Calver Arms. Entries have a maximum field limit of 300. Pre-entry fee is £8.50 plus a £0.99 administration charge. Entry on the day is £10 cash only, and is only available if the 300 limit has not been reached.
