Calgary Police Classic
The Calgary Police Classic is the 46th running of a fall road race in Calgary, taking place on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Cowboys Park. The event is described as Calgary’s only fall road half marathon and features a fast, flat half-marathon course.
Distances offered:
- 21.1 km (Half Marathon), age minimum 14+
- 8 km, age minimum N/A
- Kids Race for ages 2 to 12, age limit 12
Participants may enter the in-person event on September 19 or the virtual event that runs from September 20 to October 18. Strollers are permitted in the 8 km and 21.1 km races.
In-person participants receive a long-sleeve technical shirt, a personalized bib if registered before the bib cutoff on September 2, chip timing with a results leaderboard, awards for top finishers, free bag and bike check, aid stations every 3 km for the half marathon and every 4 km for the 8 km, food and drink at a post-race festival, professional event photography, and on-course entertainment. The 8 km and 21.1 km entries can add an optional finisher's medal; all Kids Race finishers receive a medal.
