Calgary Police Classic
The 46th running of the Calgary Police Classic takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Cowboys Park. The fall road race was formerly called the Calgary Police Half Marathon. Participants can choose to run in person on September 19 or join the virtual event from September 20 to October 18.

- Kids Race, ages 2 to 12
- 8 km, age minimum not specified
- 21.1 km half marathon, age minimum 14+
The half marathon is described as a fast and flat course. In-person participants receive a long-sleeve technical shirt, a personalized bib if registered before the September 6 cutoff, chip timing, a results leaderboard and awards for top finishers. Aid stations are provided every 3 km on the half marathon and every 4 km on the 8 km. Additional services include free bag and bike check, professional photos, on-course entertainment, and a post-race food and drink festival at the finish area.
All kids in the Kids Race receive a finisher medal. The 8 km and 21.1 km races offer an optional add-on finisher medal. The event raises funds for the Calgary Police Youth Foundation and has raised $146,000 to date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
