Cajun Road Runners Downtown 8K
The Cajun Road Runners Downtown 8K Classic will start and finish at Parc Sans Souci in Lafayette. The course runs through Downtown Lafayette, the University of Louisiana Lafayette's campus, and the Oil Center.
A virtual option is available. Registering for all three Triple Crown races qualifies participants for exclusive swag. Members of the Cajun Road Runners Club receive a $5 discount (not valid for the virtual option). Participants aged 12 and under (as of September 3rd) can register for a discounted rate of $35.
Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female winners, as well as the top three finishers in each age group. Age groups include 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and older.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, October 9, 2026, at a location to be determined. Race day packet pickup and registration begin at 6:45 AM.
Registration pricing operates on a tiered system:
- Through July 14: $45
- July 15 - August 18: $50
- August 19 - October 8: $55
- Packet pickup and race day: $60
