Caithness Half Marathon
The Caithness Half Marathon is a half marathon held on a scenic, undulating circular course that mainly follows quiet country lanes around Loch Watten. The route is largely on single track roads in the vicinity of the loch and both starts and finishes in Watten. The event is organised by North Highland Harriers and takes place at Watten Village Hall (KW1 5YL).
Registration to collect race numbers is at Watten Village Hall. There are toilets inside the hall and public toilets just outside; there are no shower facilities. Car parking at the hall is limited, and organisers recommend car sharing where possible.
Entry is managed through SiEntries; competitors must log in or register with SiEntries to enter. Entries open 10 March 2026 and close 28 August 2026. The minimum age for the event is 17 on the event date. Entry fees are shown as £18.00 for Scottish Athletics members and £20.00 for non members.
