Caithness Half Marathon
The Caithness Half Marathon is a scenic, undulating circular course mainly on quiet country lanes, starting and finishing in Watten. The route follows mostly single track roads in the vicinity of Loch Watten. The event is organised by North Highland Harriers.
Number collection and registration take place at Watten Village Hall (KW1 5YL). Toilets are available inside the hall and there are public toilets just outside; there are no shower facilities. Car parking at the venue is limited. The race start is a short walk from the village hall.
Entries open on 10 March 2026 and close on 28 August 2026. The minimum age for entry is 17 or older. Entry fees are listed as £18 for Scottish Athletics members and £20 for non-members. Entries are handled through SiEntries and require an account. At the event there are trophies, medals and spot prizes.
