Cadillac Festival of Races
The Cadillac Festival of Races is a multi-discipline event presented by the Cadillac Area YMCA on Saturday, September 5, 2026. It includes road races, a lake swim, a team relay, and family-focused activities around Lake Cadillac and the Cadillac Rotary Pavilion.
Event races include:
- Full Marathon Boston Marathon qualifier
- Half Marathon
- 5K out and back course
- 10K out and back course
- 7 Mile team relay around Lake Cadillac with transportation to relay locations provided by WexExpress
- 1 Mile Kids Fun Run for ages 8 and under
- 1/4 Mile lake swim race
The event features live music and food trucks. Registration includes one house beer or a non alcoholic beverage from Clam Lake Beer Co for participants except those in the kids run. Proceeds benefit the Cadillac Area YMCA free 7th grade membership program. Age bracket top three awards and finisher medals will be presented. The full and half marathon have a course time limit of 6.5 hours.
Packet pickup is available at the Cadillac Area YMCA and at the Cadillac Rotary Pavilion. Spectator parking is listed at Cadillac Commons, Cadillac High School, and the Viking Learning Center.
