CabotFest Classic 5K & 1 Mile Cricket Crawl
The CabotFest Classic takes place in Downtown Cabot on October 10, 2026, at 207 South First Street. The event program includes an in-person 5K, a family 1 Mile Cricket Crawl, and a Virtual 5K option.

The in-person 5K is held on a USATF certified course and will be professionally chip timed. The timing chip is attached to the race bib, and participants must wear their bib on the front of the torso with the number visible. There is a hydration station at the halfway point. No strollers or dogs are allowed on the 5K course. The course follows a flat lollipop-loop with a straightaway, a loop through Cabot, and a return to the festival area. Awards are given by overall, Masters, Grand Masters, and age-group categories. Finish-line refreshments and recovery snacks are provided.
The 1 Mile Cricket Crawl is a flat out-and-back course designed for children, families, and beginning runners. The event offers a festival atmosphere with volunteers and a celebratory finish. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Cricket Crawl shirts are available only in youth sizes.
The Virtual 5K can be completed during the CabotFest weekend, October 9–11, 2026. Virtual runners receive the official race shirt, an exclusive swag bag, and mailed finisher pack.
Registration fees listed by the organizer are $30 for the 5K, $15 for the 1 Mile, and $30 for the virtual 5K. To guarantee an event shirt and requested size, register by September 28, 2026. Proceeds support the Cabot Chamber of Commerce community initiatives and the e3 Student Mentoring Program.
