The Cabin Fever Trail Race takes place at 4374 Broadview Rd, Richfield, OH 44286, USA. The event uses park trails and offers in-person and virtual options across running and rucking formats. Distances and formats include:

Packet pick up is handled at the Lodge at the race site on race day. Participants may pick up a friend's packet. The event provides participant items such as a soft-fit long-sleeve shirt, a premium upgrade option for a hooded sweatshirt, a race bib and timing chip, and post-race snacks.
On-site amenities listed for participants include a s'more station by the fire and a beer garden where each participant receives one drink ticket redeemable for a Masthead Brewing Co beer. Results are posted online after finish and course routes for the 3 mile and 5 mile options are available through online mapping services.
Award categories include Top 3 Overall Male and Female and 10-year age group awards. The ruck Hardened Steel Competitive Division is the only award-eligible ruck category; prizes are awarded to the Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female when each gender has more than five entrants, or to the top one of each gender when fewer than five entrants are present.
