About the race
The Burton Leonard 10K on Sunday 16 May 2027 is a chip timed 10 kilometres held in Burton Leonard, near Ripon. The course is a single lap undulating multi terrain route that starts and finishes in Burton Leonard and runs through the tracks, woods and fields of the Mountgarret Estate.
Course details note an undulating profile over mixed surfaces and that the event is not suitable for wheelchairs. The race is licensed as not applicable, has an entry limit of 200 and showed 199 places remaining at the time of publication.
Facilities are based at Burton Leonard Primary School. The event is fully marshalled with a medical team on route and at HQ, distance markers, two water stations, refreshments at HQ and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage.
Entry fees are listed as £20.00 for affiliated runners and £22.00 for unaffiliated runners. If the event has not sold out, entry on the day is available for an additional £3.00.
