Burrator 10K
The Burrator 10K is a measured 10K road race that uses fully closed roads and is almost entirely on tarmac. The event is UK Athletics licensed, run under England Athletics rules, and results will appear on Power of 10. The start is located on the Dam bridge near the reservoir.
The course makes one complete loop of Burrator Reservoir and then two thirds of a second loop to finish at exactly 10K a few hundred metres from the visitor centre. The start point lies about 0.5 miles south east of the visitor centre. Total climbing on the course is 90 metres.
Included race services listed by the organiser are professional electronic chip timing, distance markers, a water station with gels, free professional event photos, medals for all finishers, and closed roads for the route.
