Seymour Bun Run 2026
The Bun Run is a 5k run and walk held in Seymour, Wisconsin, a city recognized as the Home of the Hamburger. The event is organized as part of the local Burger Fest celebrations. The route for this year follows a new course map that begins and ends directly at the Burger Fest grounds located at 133 Depot Street.
Participants can choose from the following events:
- 5k run or walk
- Kids’ Fun Run (approximately 2 blocks long)
The 5k event features awards for the top overall male and female finishers. Additionally, awards are provided to the top three male and female finishers in several age categories, including 10 and younger, 11-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-45, 46-59, and 60 and older.
Registration includes a t-shirt for those who sign up by the specified deadline in early September. Packet pickup is available on the Friday evening before the race at the Seymour Museum or on the morning of the event. While the 5k requires registration and a fee, the Kids’ Fun Run does not require prior registration. The kids' event takes place at the corner of Main Street and Factory Street.
