About the race
The Bun Run is a 5K run/walk held in Seymour, Wisconsin, on September 19, 2026, as part of Burger Fest. The event uses a new course for 2026 that starts and ends at the Burger Fest grounds.
Registration opens August 2 and closes September 18. The listed registration fee is $25.00. Packet pick up and late registration are available Friday night from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at 133 Depot Street (Seymour Museum). Packets can also be picked up on the morning of the event, but late registration will only be accepted on Friday night.
Awards are presented to the top male and top female overall finishers and to the top three finishers in each of the following age groups for both male and female: 10 and younger; 11–13; 14–18; 19–29; 30–45; 46–59; 60 and older.
A kids’ fun run is scheduled at the corner of Main Street and Factory Street. Registration is not required for the kids’ run, which is approximately two blocks long. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
