Bumrun Calgary 2026
Bumrun Calgary 2026 takes place at the Foothills Hospital Cal Wenzel Precision Health Building, 3280 Hospital Drive Northwest, Calgary. The event raises awareness of colon cancer screening and prevention and funds research, patient support programs, and related awareness activities.
Bumrun reports 15 years of organizing 5K walk/run events and more than CA$1.8 million net raised for various colorectal cancer charities. For 2026 the fundraising total is CA$14,702.21 toward a CA$25,000.00 goal. Teams can be created or joined during registration and are specific to each city event; team membership does not transfer between in-person and virtual events or between different city races.

Little Bums registration includes a finisher medal, a personalized fundraising page, and post-race snacks; no race kit is provided for Little Bums. Virtual registration includes a race completion digital certificate and a personalized fundraising page and does not include a race kit or finisher medal.
Packet pickup is at Strides Running Store Marda Loop on the day before the event. On race day there will be an open air baggage check using a bib tag, a medic on site, live results published, and post-race refreshments for participants and volunteers.
