St. Luke Buffalo Run 2026
The St. Luke Buffalo Run takes place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, in St. Ignatius, Montana. The event is hosted by St. Luke Community Healthcare and is part of the St. Ignatius Good Old Days celebration. Proceeds benefit the St. Ignatius Chamber of Commerce. All races start on Main Street in front of Gambles Hardware (112 N. Main St., St. Ignatius, MT 59865). Each distance follows a different route, the courses are marked, and all finish back at the start line.

Registration opens March 4, 2026. Regular rates apply through July 9, 2026; entries after that date are treated as same-day registrations. Family rates are available for online entries. Paper registration is accepted. T-shirts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and exact sizing cannot be guaranteed; same-day registration shirts are limited. Same-day entrants who pay by cash or check may run without an official time recorded.
