Buffalo Subaru 4 Mile Chase - July 17, 2026
The Buffalo Subaru 4 Mile Chase is a road race in Buffalo, New York, presented as a benefit for The E.C.M.C. Foundation and The P.A.L. The 2026 edition is the 44th running and is USA Track & Field sanctioned (NY87016BT).
The course is rectangular and run as an out-and-back, with start and finish located after Bidwell near Elmwood. Mile splits are recorded every mile. Water is provided at the one mile mark on Delaware Avenue, beyond the two mile mark near the Red Cross on Summer Street, and near the three mile mark at the 5 Star Bank on Elmwood and Bryant.

Event programming includes deep age-group awards, a couples division, prize money for open and masters divisions, course record bonuses, live music, and a post-race party with complementary food and refreshments. T-shirts are provided to the first 750 entries. Age-group awards span from youth categories through 90-over; $50 is awarded to age-group winners starting with the 20-24 category for U.S. and Canadian born entrants only.
Registration notes: pre-race entries must be postmarked by July 15 and are accepted in U.S. funds only. Standard fees listed are $35 regular, $15 for those 14 and under, $15 for those 75 and over, with a higher fee for race-day entries. No shower facilities are available.
