Buckley's to Kennedy's 5K Charity Run
The Buckley's to Kennedy's 5K is an annual community 5K run and walk held to benefit Heartshare Developmental Disability Services. The course begins by the NYPD Center on State Road in Roxbury and finishes at the Breezy Point Baseball Field. A family picnic is held at the ballfield with live music, a barbecue and beverage service including a beer truck, a bouncy house and other games and activities for children. The day includes a 50/50 raffle.

Registration opens on February 25, 2026. Early registration pricing through June 11, 2026 is $40. Weekend registration increases to $50 per entry or $30 for runners under 18. Separate event information indicates youth registration remains open through June 14, 2026. In-person registration is available at Buckley’s Restaurant in Brooklyn and at Kennedy’s in Breezy Point on the days before the event; race day registration is also offered.
