About the race
The OMV Petrom Bucharest Half Marathon is an international running event held in the capital of Romania. The event features several competitive and non-competitive categories to accommodate varying interests and abilities. The courses lead participants through the city streets of Bucharest.
Participants can choose from a variety of race distances:
- 21 km Individual Half Marathon
- Relay 3x
- 10 km Race
- 2.5 km Fun Race
- 1 km Walkathon
The event includes a Sport Expo for participants and spectators. To assist runners in achieving their specific time goals, pacemakers are provided for the races. The event is organized by the Bucharest Running Club and colaborates with numerous non-governmental organizations to support various social causes.
