Bubble Run - Richmond, VA
Bubble Run in Richmond is a family-friendly, non-competitive 5K held at Virginia Motorsports Park on August 29, 2026. The course features multiple bubble and foam stations where participants pass through colorful clouds of foam. The event includes a pre-party with music and a DJ, and an after-party at the finish area with music, dancing, and additional foam activity.
Ages 4 and under are free. Participants are advised to wear white clothing if they prefer more visible color from the foam. Parking at the venue may include a cash-only charge collected by the site, with fees reported up to $20; some venues may accept card payments instead and event-specific updates are sent by email.
Registration is offered in Value and VIP tiers. Value registration includes a race bib, a 2026 finisher medal, access to the post-race bubble dance party, and foam stations on course. The VIP tier adds VIP check-in, a 2026 tour T-shirt, sunglasses, a bubble wand, a Bubble Run headband, a drawstring bag, a silicone wristband, and a VIP tattoo in addition to the Value items.
Packet pickup is available the day before the event at a designated location in Dinwiddie, VA; race day pickup may incur a $5 fee per packet, cash only.
